341 went smooth, and now trustee has listed on PACER there will be no distribution of assets. I worry though that within the 14 day window now the UST will file presumption of abuse I was a few thousand over income wise on the means test, but expenses were ok according to my attorney. They have until next Wednesday to file and objection from what I can see. Anyone with experience in this?

Yep, we were also over the median and I was a pcer addict until 60 days passed, lol. Hang in there, if the UST has any issues chances are your attorney would already know about it. -

Many big problems are caused by the worry over little problems. Worry won't make any difference. As much as WE erred in our bk, and did everything that could be done wrong, wrong, (except dishonesty) we never had a problem with the UST. Perhaps luck or perhaps he thought 'why those poor fools are so pitiful I won't bother them, they are hurting themselves more than I could". Just my two cents as well. If your 341 was smooth, I think you may be worrying for nothing. Trustees will scrutinize over the median filers prior to the 341. Most would address the issues at the meeting, not list no distribution on PACER. Now the US Trustee may be another matter.
