    Where do these go?

    If i have a cell no house phone would that go under utilities or the other also what about my student loan up to date. Want to try for a 7. Internet and cable are they considered luxuries? Where would i put them? also income tax i am paying it is from 3 years ago, however i am making payment, can that go in my chap7. Sorry full of questions

    It sounds like you are doing this on your own rather than hire an attorney. If that's the case then post your question over at the Pro Se forum section. There are lots of good folks who have done it on their own who generously take the time to help people through it. Good luck to you.

      I was just reading your other thread. Is your attorney suggesting you wait so that your income passes the means test? OR, is the attorney trying to wait it out so that you can get your IRS debt discharged in the bk? Check into that, could make a big difference depending on how much you still owe.

        No gonna hire a attorney just want it figured out before hand. Want to know all the ins and outs. o not want chap13 when could have been7.

            When I filed my bundled cable/TV/phone were placed under "2, c. Telephone" and Cell Phone was placed under "Other Expenditures". With a $160 bundle and $80 cell phone the trustee didn't question it.

            In you circumstance it might be best to put your cell phone under the telephone line since it's your primary phone and TV/internet under other expenditures. In my petition was any of this considered a "luxury".

              thanks so i think gonna put cell under utilities. Plan on filing in jan after i do taxes dont get anything back they keep it. Just want to make sure i am doing everything.
