It sounds like you are doing this on your own rather than hire an attorney. If that's the case then post your question over at the Pro Se forum section. There are lots of good folks who have done it on their own who generously take the time to help people through it. Good luck to you.Filed Chapter 13 02/2006 - Confirmed 05/2006 - Discharged 09/2011
I'm not an attorney. My replies are merely suggestions or observations, not legal advice. As always, consult with an attorney before making any decisions.

I was just reading your other thread. Is your attorney suggesting you wait so that your income passes the means test? OR, is the attorney trying to wait it out so that you can get your IRS debt discharged in the bk? Check into that, could make a big difference depending on how much you still owe.

When I filed my bundled cable/TV/phone were placed under "2, c. Telephone" and Cell Phone was placed under "Other Expenditures". With a $160 bundle and $80 cell phone the trustee didn't question it.
In you circumstance it might be best to put your cell phone under the telephone line since it's your primary phone and TV/internet under other expenditures. In my petition was any of this considered a "luxury".Chapter 7 filed December 11, 2009, 341 Meeting held on January 7, 2010
