I got my letter for Discharge today, with it was an deliverable notice for one of the creditors, Which happens to be one that my school loans are through. The paper looks like i can correct the address and send it back, but i'm not sure if since the case was also closed if i need to do an amended schedule or what. It says

You can, actually, still file papers in a discharged and closed case! It just won't re-open it. I would follow the form's suggestion and mail a copy of the discharge and discharge instructions to the creditor. Then file the form indicating that you mailed the copy of the discharge to the creditor. (By "file" I mean to file it with the Bankruptcy Court.)

These address problems happen often. Please know that this does not mean that your student loan was discharged. If you wanted to discharge a student loan, then you would have filed a complaint (adversary proceeding/AP) with the Court to determine the dischargeability of the loan.
