Charge off during automatic stay!!!!

My bank of america account was charge off-Reported during my bakruptcy; filled 2-17-2-11
But was reported "CHARGE OFF" status 3/31/2011; can they do this?? I thought they could not report during and till the bankruptcy was complete?

Was it already charged-off prior to you filing? Technically, they should not be reporting anything during the automatic stay, but sometimes, they end up reporting the month immediately following filing (since it can take a short period to receive the notice and process it). You should be able to have that item removed. You could send a letter to them demanding that they correct the entry.
