    341 Meeting in 2 weeks

    I file Pro Se.

    I had 2 letters from the BK court for aditional info that I supplied.

    To be real honest - it is all consuming and very stressfull right now thinking of how bad it will go and worrying about everything.

    I am meeting with a accountant from the family on thursday of this week to go over some of the issues and have spoken to an attorney friend of his who makes it sound like no big deal but - I just dont have any warm fuzzy feelings about it.

    You are not alone. All of us that have gone through the 341 certainly did not have warm fuzzy feelings about it. But 99% of the time, from personal experience and from what I've read on this forum, it was in fact no big deal. With that being said, make sure you have everything with you, make sure you get the Trustee the documents in time, and take a deep breath.

    It is a very all consuming time and indeed stressful. I worried about everything as well, I'm glad my 341 is over and hopefully yours will go just as smooth as mine and others on this board.

    Check out the 341 section of this forum for overviews of the process and tips etc. (If you haven't already done so.)

    Keep everyone posted and ask any questions. You stated you have issues, perhaps people here may help.

    I'm not a Pro-Se filer myself, but I know there are a lot of experts here that can help.

      Yes, do go through everything in the 341 Board, especially the 'stickies' there. Those are guidelines written by people who have made it through and have shared their experiences and advice for making it through the 341.

        Just keep providing what the court wants and if needed, ask for help here. Hopefully it will go very smooth and like me, you will wonder why you stressed so much over the 341. If I had it to do over, I might have gone Pro Se........LOL. I think my lawyer may have spent 2 hours on my case and he made some good money. I admire your courage in going it alone and frankly, if you can get that done, you can get through the meeting!!!
