Have a question. I passed the means test, however i am above income, After my mort and 2 car payments and the allowed irs deductions this includes paycheck taxes. Did not have to come up with extras. Does anybody think this would cause a chap 13 because i am above income? Also I am waiting6 months because of ot. Will they take into account my taxes what i made previous year?

That's what the means test if for, to see after exemptions if you qualify. So it shouldn't be a problem if after inputting your expenses you are below the minimum.
I had to file because I took a major income hit this year, my taxes last year did not reflect such a hit, so to answer your question, I don't think they will mind.
