Our trustee has employed a law group for counsel in our bk 7 case.Our attorney said they might do this, because we have some vacant land as an asset, and the trustee doesn't know what the values are going to be. Is this something that I should have to really worry about?

I think there just was another post on this same thing a few days ago. If I recall (cant find the post right now!) it was just that trustee didnt have time him/herself to do the research etc....was no biggie. -
but the ironic thing is that the trustee has hired his own law group as acting attornies for himself???Comment
