Discharge 60 days or 90 days?????

Good day everyone. We just got the notice from the US Trustee that he is not going to file a motion to dismiss after the regular trustee had to file the Presumption of Abuse. (Husband lost his job one month prior to filing and this special circumstance proved no abuse). YEA!!!

So, now that we are an asset case (two undeveloped plots of land), PLEASE help me understand these two dates listed on PACER:

    Objection to discharge due 6/6/11
    Proofs of Claims due 7/5/11

We filed 2/17/11 - 341 meeting was 4/6/11. So when should this be over and discharged? After June 6th or July 5th. I understand about the "close" being held up till the lots are sold, but what about the discharge?

    Thanks!

Discharge comes 60 days post-341 presuming no objections. The later date is the deadline for creditors to lay claim to a piece of the pie.
