Our attorney filed Chapter 7 for us last Monday and for the 1st time in about two years, we aren't getting harassing phone calls from creditors! God, it feels good! We don't have a home phone, just cell phones, so my creditors would call me while I was at work. I would just ignore them or have my phone send their calls directly to voicemail. Anyway, I was calling my cell phone from my work line just to make sure they didn't shut me off. Next step, our 341. We're so ready to put this all behind us and start rebuilding our future!
