Well I was dead set on filing late April b/c of the wage garnishment but I still have some money left to pay the attorney so that never happened. Good thing is that it's been 4 paychecks since the garnishment was issued and they still haven't taken any money from us yet. So it must take some time to garnish wages from govt employees. So I'm going to try and push it was long as possible to July to file (then DH's Christmas bonus won't come into play).
Also my great DH got into a little fender bender and the other party did not want to call the cops or the insurance. They were just going to call us with an estimate. Very minor damages (cracked tail light on a 20 year old car). Well they called us last week and said the damages were over $1000!! DH called BS! And we contacted our insurance company. So I'm not sure if this has any effect on our CH 7 or not.
So thats a little update from me. Fingers crossed I could make it thru June with no garnishments
