Discharge Deadline or 60 day mark

Hi all,
Question I have is I had my 341 meeting on 3/17/2011; and the deadline to object to discharge on the notice it was 5/16/2011(Monday); but the 60day mark is 5/20/2011 (Friday)
So this means if any creditor wants to sue me they would have to do it Monday? Or do they have till the 60th day???

You count 60 calendar days from the 341 meeting. That is the deadline. If no objections or requests for extensions are filed by the 60th day, on day 61 you are entitled to a Discharge. The only exception is if the 60th day falls on a weekend or Federal holiday. Then the "60th day" is the next business day.
