To Reaffirm or Not to Reaffirm ... That is the Question!

Chapter 7 discharged in March. I did not sign any reaffirmation agreement with Infiniti financial as they do not do so. Have nine months left on lease and all payments are current. I will be about 12 k miles over at lease turn in which would amount to overmileage charges of $ 2400.00 . Am I liable for these charges ? Any advice appreciated.
