When can I be added to my husbands bank account after filing?

My husband opened a separate bank account at the recommendation of my attorney and some people here. Our intention is to add me to his account as soon as we can... to make it a joint account again and just close our old bank account. We were wanting to switch anyway, this just kinda forced us to do it! lol I know I can't do it before filing, obviously. But, when after filing will it be safe to add me to the new account and set my direct deposit up to it? Any time after the filing date? After the 341 meeting? After discharge.

Also, I keep reading about these Pacer accounts... i'm not sure what this is??

hi mhp....i may just be a safe nellie but i would sit tight till ALL is said n done. meaning after discharge.
Pacer is an acronym for Public Access to Electronic Court Records
After a person files for bk, pacer is a place to go and keep tabs on what is happening...paperwork wise.
    filed: 8/10 ...341:10/8/10 ... Discharged & Close: 12/9/10

yup...when a person files for bk they get a case number. With that case number, information shows up under that case number in pacer. ALL online.
There is alot of great info about pacer on here...can find out all about it (well maybe not ALL) LOL by doing a search with pacer as your search word
