    Pacer comment: "Special Notice Request Filed By Creditor Recovery Management Sys."

    We are the 94 day mark after our filing and the status in PACER says "awaiting discharge." The last actual activity shows the comment above, it was entere about a month ago. Does anyone know what this means? Is it something we need to be concerned about?

    Nothing to worry about. These are used when a creditor is giving new address/contact info that is different from what appeared on your original filing.
