    Waiting is annoying.

    Like Everyone else, I wish there time machines. I wouldn't go back in time to try to change anything. I would go Forward. to June 16th. Two Days before my birthday and 4 days before my 60 days is up. Just so I can be that much closer to a discharge. But since there isn't. I will continue to wait for another 42 days. HURRY UP and HAPPEN ALREADY!

    Either way too all those that are/have filed and are waiting for the big day.

    I know what you mean, I have 9 more days and it can't get here soon enough.

      i have been waiting too... my 60 days was up may 2nd and i am still waiting!! there were no objections or any problems in my chap 7 no asset case... just apparently a backlog and the trustee/court is taking their time filing the final documents. it is excrutiating...

        well. the positive about it, if you look at it like this...TIME is at least free!!

        i know the waiting is difficult and it's easy to say...go keep yourself busy.

        but frankly, after the 341, we put it away in the closet, didn't even open a pacer account. just threw it out the back window until the mail came with both the discharge and the close in envelope.

        it will happen!! just hold on!

          Maybe it will help to put some perspective on it. At least you qualify for a 7 and don't have to wait 36 to 60 months.

          Probably doesn't help much, but, like tobee, I thought I'd try to help you look at it in a positive light. May your 42 days speed by!

            If i had to wait that long, I would have never ever filed. lol. After the 341 I already a boulder or 1000 lifted off my shoulders.

                even if that thought makes you feel better...

                these people that go through 13's have nerves of STEEL...now that's really patience!!
