My husband had a line of credit through our bank. The bank has cut off our access to any of our accounts so clearly they were notified of our BK and yet we just got a bill in the mail stating late fees. We filed over 2 weeks ago, shouldn't they have gotten the memo? Do I need to report them to someone? Also we have 2 certified pieces of mail waiting for us at the P.O. from our bank as well. We have a boat loan thru them as well that we are letting go. Do you think this is in regards to that? Are they allowed to do that?

The automatic stay protects you from any collection efforts. Did you file with an attorney? I'd consult with him/her.
