Maintaining Relationships w/ Creditors Post CH7

I owe about $40 in library fines and about $1100 for a health club membership. From what I understand, both of these debts can be discharged.

I'd like to still be able to take books from the library and pay for the health club membership (with cash, up front), but this is completely up to the discretion of the organization, right? There's nothing in the law that prevents me from having my library card and health club membership permanently revoked, correct?

I am unaware of any legal means to do so. My experience with health clubs is just the opposite - they will continue to take your money even after you cancel membership.

Nothing says you can't make good on your debts after they are discharged.

You are free to pay any debt that has been discharged that you wish. Shame on you about your library fines!!!!!
