    Realtor assigned by Trustee

How does the trustee assign a realtor for one's home to be sold? Is it generally a realtor that is familiar with the area, on one that markets homes elsewhere?

Typically Trustees have one or two realtors they use. If the property is unique they may seek out someone more specialized.

That doesn't seem right. My trustee is 60 miles from where I live, in another county that doesn't even border the county I'm in. A realtor (salesman) has been selected that is not in my area; their territory is beach properties which are over an hour away.
