Well I got confirmation in the mail today that my reaff was approved, that was the only thing I believe holding anything up. I'm well past 60 days, probably at 100 days or so post-341 now. Should I expect a discharge any day now? I'm really anxious to get it officially discharged, as there will be MUCH to do at that point. I have to get some quit claims drawn up (my BK attorney can do this for me, they do general law too), drop insurance on an old property and FINALLY get this nightmare behind me. Isn't divorce fun? Anyway, anyone in a similar situation maybe could weigh in on how long it takes once the last thing holding it up is completed? The reaff was approved 4/19.
