It was interesting watching the cases before us and proof that a quality, organized, anal lawyer is important.
Almost every case got the trustee confused and asking extra questions until our lawyer came up. (He had 3 cases).
She asked for our IRA statements, but our lawyer reminded her that she had them, she double looked and sure enough he was right!
Ours was quick, asked a couple questions about our failed business, and my other side business and that was about it. 5-7 minutes maybe!
