Wells Fargo not taking my mortgage payment

I received a phone call yesterday from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
I do not know why they called because I have already filed Chapter 7, they are aware of this. I have tried to contact my lawyer but no word back yet. Maybe someone here can help me. They said unless I reaffirm my mortgage, they will not except my payment for May. Huh, are you kidding me? Then he hung up on me. In the last 7 years, I have never been late on any payments. They already have been notified, that we plan on retaining and continuing to make payments. I do not understand these people. Can they do this to me?

Sounds like a new bully tactic. If they call again, tell them you have filed BK, give them your case number, and tell them they're violating the Automatic Stay. Your Lawyer will probably tell you to continue making your payments. You'll probably have to do it by mail.
