Finally got all signed and filed on Friday. Good thing as my judgement on my house was coming effective MONDAY. Whew.........what a relief. Now just have to get thru 341 and pray CITI doesn't file an AP on the one they were suing me for. Was a large balance transfer 11/09 & I made 9 payments so hopefully they won't have a case if they do fight me.
