341 is over - Assets case - what now

We had the 341 meeting on 4/6/11. I left the deed to our unsecured and undeveloped property with the Trustee. He did not ask for anything else. Now I see on PACER that the other bankruptcy cases that day have all got a notice in their file from the Trustee saying that he has no more to do with the Trusteeship of their cases. But, there is nothing noted in our Bankruptcy case. Is this unusual? Should I be concerned? Is there a different notice that the Trustee files for asset cases?

    Thanks!

Now what? Hurry up and wait as the process grinds towards the end. The trustee will be looking at the assets in order to try to establish a value, and then will be looking to sell those assets for the benefit of your bk estate.

Now is the time to be patient and understand that even though you should discharge in 60 days, it could easily take 6 months to a year for your bk to close. It's just all part of the process and you will receive notifications every step of the way as to what is happening.

    Good luck!
