    Discharged and Closed

    Look what I just found on Pacer!!!!

    Bankruptcy case closed. The trustee filed a report in accordance with FRBP 5009 certifying that the estate has been fully administered and that there is no property available for distribution and no objection was filed to the report. Therefore, pursuant to section 350 of the Bankruptcy Code, the trustee is discharged and the case is closed .(XXXXXX) (Entered: 04/14/2011)




    For those on the fence about whether to file --- GO FOR IT!!!!! I would give ANYTHING to go back in time and have done this sooner!! Well......guess I'd rather go WAY back in time and have never got in the situation to begin with but so glad to be able to start over with a clean slate now!
    04/01/10 - Hit rock bottom and knew we were going to have to file for bankruptcy and surrender our home. 12/14/10 - Filed Chapter 7, 02/09/11 - 341 Hearing, 04/14/11 -

      Congrats! I can't wait to be there in the position you are now. And I agree, I should have pursued this long ago, oh well, there's no time like the present.
