It's official!!! We filed today!!!!
We officially filed Chapter 7 BK today, we are under the means no asset case!! The atty had everything he needed besides our current bank account statements so it went super smooth. It was a very short visit, didn't take long at all. By the time we got home he had already emailed us with our case #! We should get our 341 meeting date within the week. Thanks to everyone who gave me advice, I know I have a ways to go but I feel a huge sigh of relief!

Good for you CCB. What a relief.
I remember comin home after signing paperwork, with a huge smile, but then 5 minutes later it was OMG what have i done, then the giggles.
I had been sooo stressed (at least a couple yrs)up to that point i didn't know how to get my shoulders out of my ears.
It's going to be fine....341 will come and go, then 60 days...it really is amazing how quickly the time will pass.
cept some days you will think the calendar is going backwards....LOL
