I will still owe a small amount at the continued 341. Generally, how does the Trustee set up a payment plan? When that is finally paid off.....then do you receive your "discharge?" Then, appx how long does it take to get the case closed??

Will depend on the individual trustee.
All you or your lawyer can do is call and inquire. Once discharged, the close should come shortly after the trustee distributes the assets.
