Members of this forum will not tell you how to commit fraud.... but they sure can tell you how to get caught and what the consequences are.........

Travel that road at your own expense...... paybacks can be hell with a Trustee after you.......

If you are filing bankruptcy or going too, members on this forum will help you thru the process and help you protect any assets that you might have if we can.....

We can tell you what the Trustee looks for and at!!!

You will know what to expect at your 341...... Whether you can keep your vehicle and home and other assets based on your information.

Also we can pretty much tell if you will have to file a Chapter 7 or a Chapter 13 and what is involved with each kind.....

We can help with you bankruptcy and what you are fixing to go thru.........

queerguy, 1) I don't think I would admit that you took out cash advances on a public forum while planning to file bk. You never know who may be lurking around the forums. 2) When you are past 70 days after your last advance, anything goes, and I believe it depends on the trustee. Fraud is assumed if you have cash advances of more than I think 500 bucks in the past 70 days. It is not assumed after 70 days, but that doesn't mean a cc company will not slap an objection on your case. The longer you wait, the better. 3) Don't piss Minny off.

I have mucho cash advances that supported a bad habbit of mine. I cannot wait a year to file. There is no way. I can only pray I get a trustee that can understand my issues. I was not planning bankruptcy when I did them, however, I do not know how to prove this if it comes up (99.9% chance it will).

you are good for fraud. and being stupid, you actually came on a major baqnkruptcy forum and admitted that you took the advances with no intent to repay. "show me a brain" I really can't see too many here taking you seriously anymore, or wanting to help you.

yes it wasn't the smartest? But arn't we all here because we didn't do the smartest things with money? I have a friend who bk'd due to medical, he dropped his health insurance after being fired. Bought a motorcycle instead of making insurance payments while out of work. The correct dicission would have been to covered by insurance. Every case hear could have been minimized. But that is why we are all here my brother. I guess I shouldn't be honest, and change my story from "had an inclination I might" to "never crossed my mind to bk" while doing those cash advances.

I'm not here because I took big cash advances whilst planning to file BK.

I'm here due to a life altering event that we simply have not been able to recover from.

Unlike your friend, we spent $900/month on health insurance when we were without gainful employment.

We just got damned lucky that no one got seriously injured while we were without regular income.

There, but by the grace of God go I.

                        Don't get mad darling,
But the golden rule says you should have 9 months of income saved for a rainy day. I don't and neither do you. We can all justify Its not our fault, but long term planning years before hand probably would have been the answer. Remember Nemo and the sharks, DENIAL!!!!!!!! the shark yells out as nemo's father says he doesn't have a problem.

Hey if I would of had the discipline in school, I could have been one of the three top people at the Missouri Civil Rights Dept, like my sister. Instead I dropped out and chased salami rolls sticking through glory holes at the bookstore. my bed, i made it..........

my cash advances are $3,600 thats what it is.

Don't get mad, but I had to have a little fun and dig some dirty laundry up from one of your old post, see I am bored.

"We cashed out Hubby's retirement IRA to pay off debt. We've used up all our personal savings as well. We are BROKE.

Every attny has said they wish we'd have come to them a year ago. They coulda saved us thousands of dollars. The IRA woulda been totally exempt. Untouchable. Instead, the money is gone trying to pay bills, we still have tons of debt, and we owe the IRS tons in income tax for having cashed out the IRA to begin with."

                          Okay lets look at this:

1 should of talked to atty first, i will, haven't yet
2 shouldn't have cashed an asset in that was exempt, wish I had an asset like an IRA
3 could have protected yourself better by planning, I would have, and I am not real bright, hell I used to work in a dirty bookstore how smart is that.
4 brought an unneccary tax bill upon yourself, should have planned.

we are all here because of the choices we made.

I have decided that you are really not here to help or to get help. I don't know why you are here. All you do is belittle people that are really trying to help people get through a very hard and stressful time.

I thought you would tone it down, but I guess you have no interest in doing any such thing.

Find another place to do your "thing" on, just not here anymore.
