Well, finally got it all together! House value came in perfect and I get to file a 7. It will be filed on Friday so I avoided the judgement/lien they would have put on my house come MONDAY!! If you read any of my other posts, I was really under the wire with the lawsuit Citi filed.

For Freddy03.............hang in there, just a while to go...maybe we can celebrate at the same time.

Although I don't post much, I read alot and want to thank everyone here who posts and also those who have answered my posts. Such a great place with good info.

Thanks Valley.........been a long time coming and I sure hope all goes well once the papers are in. Citi worries me because of the lawsuit but haven't seen anyone else in same situtation with an AP so hope I am the same.
