    It just keeps getting worse!!!

I just posted the other thread about my mortgage company filing Motion for Relief from the Stay and wanted to check my local clerk records to make sure we weren't in foreclosure and found that I have a TAX LIEN!!!! For of all things a $100 fee from when I filed a form late! This was put on after my 341! How is this possible? I thought that during the stay no adverse action can be taken... I listed that debt in my petition too. This is not the fresh start I was hoping for, I am beyond confused. I thought I would just be waiting for discharge and that's it.

If the tax bill / lien is for a time period before your filing date then just give the info to your attorney to handle. More than likely something just got crossed up in the paperwork on their end.
