    RV affirmation hearing next month

    Hello all,

Filed ch7 and are expecting discharge later this month. Had reaffirmation hearing the other day for loan with American Honda. We elected not to reaffirm under the guidance of counslers. Judge agreed it was the right move aswell. No missed/late payments and will continue to make timely payments, hoping Honda lets us keep it.

Next month we have our reaffirmation hearing for our motorhome. We owe 60k, its worth per nada and bb 58k. We would like to keep as we've got over 70k into between payments, the down payment and improvements, etc.. I nervous to reaffirm as we have 9years left on the loan and alot can change in 9 years.. No missed/late payments and again will continue to make timely payment; would like to retain and pay. Anyone have any experience with this dealing with Bank of America?

Thanks in advance for any and all responses!

    My recommendation. . .

    Do not reaffirm. Too risky.

Here is a link to the other thread you have on this topic in which Des answered you in detail, perhaps you missed it?

Do you have an update on your RV loan after your reaffirmation hearing?

Do not reaffirm, continue to make the payments if you want to keep it,if they want to force you to let them have it,we didnt on a camper they dropped the interest completely and we still have it with less a payment...
