Well my meeting was scheduled for today and lastnight I received a call from my att. that it is being rescheduled for april 25. I am very upset. My husband missed work and we had a babysitter lined up which is very hard to do. Now I have to wait another month. They said the trustee wants a contiuous because hes looking into the means test. whatever I guess. I just want this to be over and start living again. Has anyone had their meeting rescheduled and then had a problem later on? Just curious

And there's still more I need to get for her. She wants copies of our auto insurance coverages and our Renter's policy coverages, and a couple other things I didn't have today.
They're gonna make copies of everything and get it back to us. They have a set up that scans everything in to our file for them so she won't have to hand transcribe each and every item.
A bunch of this stuff doesn't have to be filed with the Court, but the attny has to have it on file in case they get audited.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
