I want to keep oil company..

I'm just realizing my oil company has
to be included in the bankruptcy. Because I
Have a budget plan, I technically owe them
Money (2k). I would like to keep them and
Continue my budget plan.. What do i do?

You list them in your bk petition and the debt should be discharged. That is the legal way that it works. You can however, pay any debt that has been discharged, so if you want to pay it, contact the oil company and let them know that you will continue paying the debt after your bk has been discharged and closed. Do not continue to make payments to them now.
