Just thought I'd post some good news since ALL of my posts lately have seemed to be bad news in the 'down so long it looks like up to me' category.
The trustee had filed an objection to my claims for exemption for spousal support income and retirement assets. I responded that both of these were exempt in my state, but the judge set a hearing date for May...So I got all my ducks in a row and wasn't too worried but still...no one likes to go to a hearing.
So today she called and told me that she decided to withdraw the exception...Voila! One hearing down only a kazillion more to go!
