Whether Capitol One requires reaffirmation is up to Capitol One (CapOne) themselves. CapOne usually does not require reaffirmation. You will need to be current and continue to pay on time or suffer the consequence of a repossession.

Thanks, JustBroke. Yes, if I acquired the car loan, I'd make sure to remain current. I've never defaulted on a car loan and I sure don't want to end up going through a repo!
