    Can't Stop Worrying

I crossed the 60 day deadline Friday. I checked pacer and others who had there 341 the same day as me have been discharged. However I have a reaffirmation hearing on April 29th. While I am aware that I will not be discharged until the reaffirmation hearing is held, what can creep up between now and then?

I have a no asset case, over median, and have never had a request for additional information or had a presumption of abuse from UST or Trustee.

    Thanks in advance.

The waiting sucks and plays tricks on my mind.

I feel your pain. Tonight I am getting more stressed by the minute and my heart is pounding.

My 60 days was on Saturday, and I just got notice that instead of being discharged that an "evidentiary hearing" has been scheduled for late May. Whatever that means.

My lawyer's office is closed so I can't call them to ask about it until tomorrow.

It's going to be a long night.

Bk is always stressful. Read on, in this site and you will find, you are one of many of thousands. We all did have your stress.

A weekend can be hell due to no advance, but it will come, believe me. Be pleased you have your stay, stress not in that fact, and your discharge will come when it will, BUT it will. Chill out, in other words. 'Hub

The waiting was absolutely the worst part. Try to relax, it'll be ok!
A fresh start is a beautiful thing. And I'm not an attorney, just opinionated!

Good things come to those who wait and are patient.
