Change in payment..

First i want to say, if i posted this in the wrong area, I'm sorry an feel free to move it to where it blelongs.

I've been dischared with my Bk since Dec 23 2009. My husband and I, have a Reaffirmation agreement on both our cars. Well today when I logged my Wells FArgo ( Wachovia) account to make my car payment, I notied that they raised my payment from $276.25 to $399.94 a month. No letter, no phone call, nothing! No Explanation at all.. Can anypne please tell me why this may have happened..

Did you call them? It sounds like an error, and your reaffirmation agreement should have spelled out your payments going forward. If you didn't sign up for a higher payment when you did your reaffirmation, this sounds wrong to me. I would call them and ask what's going on.

I did call them , but they will only speak with my husband, and he works during there Business hours.. just my luck.. I'll have to fax in a " its ok for my wife to speak to you letter" which can take up to a week for them to put it in the system.. UGH !!
