Turned in our paperwork, waiting to hear back..... another ?

We met with our atty briefly yesterday to go over our paperwork to turn in to file. He says it looks good and we should have no problem filing chapter 7. My husband got paid yesterday but didn't have his stub yet when we met with him and I will get paid on the 31st so we just need to turn those stubs into him and we *should* be done. We asked if everything looked good so far and he said as long as my husband didn't make over $7,000 gross we will be fine (I am salary so we already know what my check will be on the 31st) My husbands net was $2,038 so I think we are in the clear.

My question is once he starts entering our data to file if he comes across problems will he call us to figure it out? We didn't fill out our expense sheet completely only b/c his expense sheet wasn't very detailed and didn't ask for certain categories where I know our money goes. Our bank account statemants very clearly show we have more going out than coming in but on the worksheet it wasn't conveyed all that well. He was very confident there would be no problems, so I am trusting him. Has anyone been called back to fix paperwork prior to filing? Thanks!

I should add he did talk to us about our expenses and was writing notes as we talked.

i turned in all of my paperwork and filled out everything in detail (which took me weeks to do) in late Nov 2010. it took until Jan 21st 2011 for my attorney to finally file. because he kept calling me back in to the office to review one thing or another or to provide another piece of paperwork. he would review it, i would go in and review and sign, then the next week he would find something else to review and sign again... this happened about 3 times until finally he filed.. then when we got to the 341 on March 1st, there were still 2 more pieces of information the trustee found that he wanted copies of... it is a long process...but it will all get done!
