means test question-regarding student loan

Working out my means test and it's pretty tight. Can anyone explain to me why student loan payments are not included? Maybe I'm missing something, but if the test says you have 250/month in disposable income, but you have 300/month in student loans, how is that supposed to work out?

Thanks Freddy. I didn't realize they were in forebearance during a 13. It could really make a difference in my means test between a 7 and 13.
