My attorney sent me paperwork for a reaffirmation agreement with Chrysler Financial. My question is, what is Chrysler's current policy regarding ride-throughs. I know in the past they were re-possessing. I would like to know if that policy has changed, and does it depend on the State? I am in NJ.
