Monthly Expense worksheet greater than income...do I qualify for a CH 7?

After filling out the monthly expense worksheet, we found that our total monthly expenses is larger than our Monthly Gross income. Does this qualify us for a chapter 7 or is there more to it that I just don't understand.

There could possible be more to it. I would suggest the following.......go to legal consumers and complete the means test for PA. This will give you all the allowances for our state. In addition, you may have other expenses that are qualified.....such as pet care, additional medical, life ins and etc. Also, on the US Bankruptcy Court website, you can find more information for our state that lists allowable expenses and the amounts.

This does not mean both are concrete, but it will give you a better understanding of everything. I learned all this here on the forum and have been so thankful for all the help.
