Final notice of intent to levy IRS

I received a letter from the IRS today of Final notice of intent to levy...

It states that I am discharged from personal liability however there was on notice of federal tax lien...(they put a lien on my house which I no longer have)

This letter is to notify you of prepetition property. This includes personal property you exempted, 401k, and property abandoned by the trustee.

Now the only property I have prepetition is as follows.

    vehicle worth 7-10k
250 cash which was abandoned by the trustee
4k in household goods which was a high estimate.

What can they actuall come after? I am most concerned about the vehicle I guess as it is our onl vehicle. The next question would be if the lien on the vehicle it self and if so can I legally trade it in on another vehicle? I was looking into doing this anway as the vehicle has 130k miles on it.

    Thanks
    Kevin

What can the IRS levy? Pretty much anything they want to. They especially love tax refunds.
