Questions at 341 Meeting

Can anyone tell me what kind of questions the trustee may ask at the 341 meeting?

The first two things the Trustee will ask you are "Will you please provide a picture ID and Social Secuirty Card". Then the standard questions come that everyone gets asked (ie: Did you read all of the paperwork and did you understand it). I don't remember all the questions but you'll only receive the standard questions if your paperwork was put together properly and your visit with the Trustee will only last a few minutes. However, the Trustee can ask a lot more questions and your visit can last a long time if the Trustee doesn't feel completely comfortable with your responses.

I suggest sitting in on a 341A Creditors Meeting yourself, prior to your own 341A meeting. Sit in the second row so you can hear everything that's being said. You'll be able to listen to dozens of other debtors going through what you'll be going through and will be throughly prepared to respond to the questions.

How do I find out about a 341 meeting? I am interested in attending, since it sounds like it's open to the public to come.
