14 days after 341 the UST can object to being over the median income or your expenses, correct? After that, you are good if there was no objection (presumption of abuse)?
The next 45 days are just for creditors to object?

I mean I'd be shocked (SHOCKED!) if a creditor objected in our case, so does that mean the "worst" part of the waiting game is over?
We were over the median income, but passed the means test, so I was a tad nervous (attorney wasn't), so if that part is done, I will be a happy camper.
