Man that was close, but the lawyer said it would have been fine anyway.
It was painless. We had given him all of our info and I didn't have to fill out any schedules about thrift store prices for my stuff. It was all under household goods at a flat $5500 and there was another $600 for music, books, etc...
Due to a trip down south the first week of April, he is actually going to file on Tuesday so we can hopefully get our 341 scheduled for after our trip.
He also said our tax return (un-filed as of yet) will be ours to keep since it is all in a wildcard and between DH and I we have about $10,000 to work with. YEAH US!
Thanks to the forum for answering my questions and giving me lots of great reading material!!
