Just received in today's mail (3/1) a letter dated 2/18 from my utility company (both electric and gas). Letter states they have been notified that a new tenant/owner will be moving in and requested service to be established in their name (Wonder who the heck that could be - house isn't on the market yet). As a result, your (my) service will be closed. Then says if this information is incorrect, and you are not moving out of the location listed above, please contact us immediately to correct the situation and to re-establish your account. The letter is signed by "the correspondence department".
