I'm getting anxious, nothing happening with my case 80 days after 341 . There are no red flags, and post 341 hearing no objections form creditors. My trustee report was a no asset posted on Pacer on 12/15/2010 and my post BK class was noted on 1/10/11. I'm wondering do I call an inquire with the trustee or is this just a normal time line with this court?

timelines will vary filed in riverside sept 9/10 had 341 early nov 60 days up early jan 2011 did not get my discharge until 2/8 the case closed 2/14 other half discharged early jan right after 60 days but didn't close till mid feb. we had no flags etc.. it just takes time i was going a bit nuts myself but just read forum and waited and boom one day checked PACER and I was discharged so keep the faith your discharge is just around the corner.. -

Well I guess calling the trustee does work.
DISCHARGED OF DEBTOR DATE 3/211
It appears that the debtor in entitled to a discharge. IT IS SO ORDERED.
