How long til discharge?

Hi everyone. I have a pretty cut and dry case. No assets. I have collections, vehicle repo, credit cards and med. collections.

I've retained my attorney & set to file a week from tomorrow.

I am just wondering how long it should take to discharge?

I am trying to get back on my feet & would like to start a legit business. There is a wholesale show I want to go to June 2-3 & would need to get my tax id by then. Just hoping it is discharged so I can get my id. :/

If you're not filing until the first part of March, you probably will be cutting it close to a discharge by the first days of June. (A good rule of thumb is 60 days post 341). However, many discharges take longer because of backlogs at the courts.
