I'm pretty sure everybody dreaded filing for BK, I know I sure did. Most of it was the stigma or stereotype that was attached to it, like everybody that does it is irresponsible. My wife and I just had no choice, especially after we tried to negotiate with the banks and they had no mercy on us. After your 341 you'll feel much better, the stress will be over after that.
