Finally. Everything looks good. 341 is scheduled for 3/25. I feel very anxious, yet relieved. I did wind up getting served foreclosure papers on the house yesterday. Who knows if they will file for relief, but if they do we will have 90 days from then at least.
DH has an interview on Monday, so that just ups the anxiety. I'm surrendering the house and we're planning a move now back to our home state. He is interviewing for a job there and if offered it could expedite our time line. Yikes! I'm worried about finding a rental, but if he lands a job it will hopefully help with that.
Lots of balls in the air, but things are starting to look better. Like there may be a light at the end of all this after all.
